What is AIAA?
The nonprofit American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is the principal society and voice serving the aerospace profession. Its primary purpose is to advance the arts, sciences, and technology of aeronautics and astronautics and to foster and promote the professionalism of those engaged in these pursuits. HOW DO I JOIN?
AIAA offers several membership levels based on your career position including professional, lifetime, student, and associate memberships. There are many reasons to join AIAA including but not limited to:
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO COME TO MEETINGS?
No. We welcome all to our events unless an event is specifically identified for certain membership types. If you are interested in aerospace or the issues being discussed or just want to learn more about our mission, we invite you to come check us out. Most events have an option during registration for non-members.
