Participate with your local AIAA section in this fun and challenging leadership event. The AIAA Atlanta Young Professionals committee has reserved the University of Georgia Ropes Course for Saturday April, 23rd. The event will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm and the cost will be $34/person.
The University of Georgia Ropes Course is a combination of 18 high and low elements, various activities and games located in the trees and fields of the Oconee Forest Park. The course provides University students, faculty, staff and others the opportunity to participate in a series of outdoor activities involving mental, physical, and emotional risk taking and challenge. These activities and challenges require a combination of teamwork, skill and individual commitment. The goals of the UGA Ropes Course are to allow groups to confront these challenges while exploring solutions and working as a team; developing trust and support within a group; fostering a feeling of personal worth and accomplishment; and most of all HAVING FUN!
After registering online, please send a check for $34.00 made out to "AIAA" to the following address. Your check must be received by Friday April 1st in order to participate.
